It's the Society for American Baseball Research. It focuses on the historical aspect of baseball, with more than a dozen special areas of interest, such as Latin America or baseball records. I was so eager to tell you about it that I haven't checked out the web site yet, but I'm going there right now! http://www.sabr.org
